Shipping Policy

All orders are sent with Aus post at a standard cost of $10.60, this can take3-5 business days. Express shipping is also available at a flat rate cost of $14 which takes 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be issued via email once the order has been shipped to keep you updated with your parcel.

Collection from Bondi option is available at checkout for those living locally. Once you input your address into the final stages of the payment process it will automatically remove the cost of shipping if it is within 5km of Bondi.

International shipping is available depending on weight and size of the parcel, this will usually cost $34.

As items are hand made there is a turn around time of 2-3 business days plus shipping time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted as long as the item has not been worn or used. Items can either be exchanged for another size or refunded for a credit note for the website. Due to the nature of the business and clothing being made to order and custom sizing, refunds are not applicable due to change of mind. All returns should be posted back tracked to ensure the safe delivery of parcel. Returns are accepted within a 2 week time frame of delivery.
